Nice Screen Measurement Tool NRuler 1.0 – Free Mac App

Web designers often need to have precise measurement of a design and make little changes here and there. It is nice to get all measurements right at once. One pixel makes huge difference, right? I found a little MAC App can help us on this task. Due to my “compulsive sharing ” habit, I put it into the first post of 2010 !! Hope you like to little apple too !!

(BTW: it says multi-platform but Im using mac so I have only tried it on my machine.)

I’m sure I’m not the only one who always find the dock is too crowded. I’ve got a lot of stuff to take care of with my Mac. This little app really helps me on separating all aspects of my life. I feel I should share it with you.

Free personal finance app for Mac

As a freelancer it is a headache to track invoices and payments from different clients. I searched the web for a long time for a free finance software. A couple of days before I finally found the perfect one. I think I should share with everyone in case you need it.

iCompta is simple application. It took me around an hour to figure it out, and I don’t have any financial knowledge, just want to see my money is growing. : ) By the way, I finally learned some logic of accounting.

The best thing is that the software can also sync with iPhone! and its FREE!!. Here are some screen shots I downloaded from the official site:
